Hack #12: Paper Towel Holder
We like the paper towel holders that are anchored to the underside of the galley door, but when we held a roll up in ours, it just sort of felt like it was crowding us out a little.
So, we ended up buying a holder (off of Amazon) that held the rolls in place through an internal ratcheted system, and anchored it underneath the edge of the stainless steel counter top. Works great!

When it gets a little breezy, and the paper wants to unravel a bit, you can just attach a clip to it like in the pic below. It works perfectly. This was Liz's idea, as I was ready to construct some sort of gravity pressure dealio to put pressure on the roll from the underside of the countertop. I'm still a little bitter that she came up with this super easy solution, but I'll figure out something else to make:
